Submit an Emergency or Urgent Service Request

If service is needed after hours or for emergency or urgent requests, please call our 24-hour maintenance line at 831-661-6187. Report fires and natural gas leaks to the Presidio of Monterey Fire Department at 831-242-7701 or call 911.

Submit a Routine Service Request

Please use the Resident Portal to submit your routine service request. If you have already submitted a service request and would like to speak to someone in the Maintenance Office, please call 831-661-6187 or visit the ActiveBuilding Resident Portal. For your safety and to ensure a prompt response, please do not use the Resident Portal to submit an emergency or urgent request.
