How to Apply

We recommend downloading our informative Housing Information document and our Pet Policy to help you prepare for the housing application process.

When you are ready to apply:

  • Download and complete the Military Application Form by clicking the button below. Please note that if you are a dual-military family, both service members must send in a completed application.

  • Email the completed application to The Parks at Monterey Bay leasing team at parksatmontereybay@tmo.com.

  • A copy of your orders showing the assignment as Monterey.

  • Leave documentation showing the detachment date of current duty station.

We will then process your information and you will be added to our waitlist. Your position on the waitlist is based on your detachment date from the previous duty station and the date housing is needed.

If at any point you have any questions about the process, please reach out to our knowledgeable leasing team at 831-661-6262 and we will be happy to assist you. We look forward to welcoming you home!
